The XRC Winch Cradle and Storage Box carries everything you need for serious winching in one great looking self-contained unit, that easily mounts to any 2″ receiver hitch. The spacious 42″W x 12″D x 13.75″H dimensions provide over 4 cu. ft. of storage for your winch and winch accessories as well. The 3 keyed-alike lockable storage compartments are fully enclosed to prevent theft and protect the contents from the weather. The center compartment is designed to mount up to a 12,000 lb. winch and is pre-drilled for easy installation. The holes for the roller fairlead are also pre-drilled. The other 2 compartments are roomy enough to hold tow straps, work gloves, shackles, or even an air compressor.
Each storage box comes with a pair of integrated D-ring mounts as well as a pair of driving/flood lights that are powerful enough to illuminate the entire area when winching at night. The box features an anti-wobble system that eliminates the need for external adapters. All cradle parts are acid dipped to remove impurities, a special “E-Coat” is applied inside and out, and finally a dual stage black powder coat finish is applied. The cradle comes with illustrated assembly and installation instructions. The Winch Cradle and Storage Box is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against finish defects and a Smittybilt Advantage limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
